Meeting place 1 – Shires Barns. Suitable access for a coach and several cars.
Take the Tormartin Road from Marshfield. Shires Barns is the next set of barns on the right after passing Rushmead Farm on your right (pigs visible from the road). The entrance is a newly built Cotswold stone walled boundary and a Dutch Barn is what you will see as you enter. Park on the left.
Meeting place 2 – Woodland camp. Suitable access for cars and a minibus.
Pass Shires Barns on your right. Take the next turning on the right signed to Mountain Bower. Pass Shirehill Farm house on your left. Follow the road up the hill, you will have a hedge on your left and a stone wall on your right. As you reach the top of the slope turn into the gateway on your left above the woodland. Park here.
