Alison Pullin’s Handspun Originals

Alison Pullin is a textile artist who’s studio nestles amongst the hills and valleys of Shirehill Farm where she hand spins and weaves.

Alison’s focus is on exploring the textures and tonal qualities in the Alpaca and various rare breed sheep fleeces she sources locally. Experimenting with plying combinations, the warmth of the yarn spun is combined with linens and silks to produce a luxurious and unique product.

Alison’s woven shawls, throws and blankets can be bought from the Friday country market in Marshfield which runs from 10.30 to 11.30 in the morning or directly from her at the studio by arrangement.
